Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Our agency is seeking a energetic, positive, and fun team member who can drive sales and provide excellent service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by proactively promoting and selling insurance products to new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and business objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals
- Proficient in computer systems and ability to learn insurance software
- Must pass an in-depth background check
Licenses
- Must obtain Property & Casualty License
- Must obtain Life & Health License
- Agency pays for a 2-day exam prep course and the first attempt at the exams (which has resulted in a 98% pass rate on both licenses
- for current and past team members)
