Recently I was preparing to move. Near the move date, I contacted my State Farm agent in Oklahoma and learned I needed to move to a new agent. That’s when I contacted Ashley and Valerie. I was worried because I should have started sooner, but Valerie was able to take care of both policies swiftly! Then she was able to get me two new changes/addendums (one at a time), as I had failed to read all of the instructions for what I needed. Valerie was happy to help with each step and very fast. This was the least stressful piece of my move, but also the most important for peace of mind. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there. Valerie, you rock! Thank you.
